Erath Wine

At Erath Winery, the wines are an expression of the land that lies in the northern Willamette Valley. With a unique terrior full of iron-rich soils and a mild, temperate climate, the northern Willamette Valley is home to many small boutique wineries, including Erath, one of the oldest and highly acclaimed in the state. Under the direction of winemaker Gary Horner, Erath wines are a blend of science balanced with art and imagination.

The winery is best known for its world-class, affordable Pinot Noir, which tends to be straightforwardly fruity and low in tannins for early drinking. A special Estate Selection is blended from the finest barrels, presenting great finesse, balance and complexity. Single vineyard selections round out the Pinot Noir portfolio, made from grapes grown exclusively in Erath’s Prince Hill, Leland, and Juliard vineyards. Produced in limited quantity and only during times when they display the hallmarks of their pedigree, these wines rank as some of the finest in the world.
