Education is fundamental to the continued success of our communities and businesses. UST focuses its educational dollars on qualified institutions of education. Funding consideration is given to:
- Employee Matching Gift Program to Educational Institutions
- Employee Sons & Daughters Scholarship Program
- Tobacco farmers and students studying agriculture at select educational institutions in key tobacco-growing regions
- Scholarship programs that are aligned with the company's values, interests and communities
- Organizations that study and continue the debate on public policy issues important to the interests of the company
