After the May 2007 presentation of a Polaris Ranger to the Carroll County, IA, Sheriff's Department, Deputy Sheriff Tom Fransen (left) took a few moments to proudly inspect the vehicle as Derek White, the county's emergency management coordinator (right), looked on. The donation was made to the department by USSTC Division Manager Ronald Metz (background, left) and Sales Representative Kenneth Dass.
