Harrison County Office of Emergency Management

When a Polaris Ranger was presented in September 2006 to the Harrison County, WV, Office of Emergency Management (OEM), a large delegation turned out for the ceremony, led by County Commissioner Frank Angotti (third from right). USSTC Division Manager Bob Sommerfeld (sixth from left, in gray shirt) and Field Coordinator John Kraynak (second from left) donated the vehicle to the agency headed by Director Craig Crimm (fifth from left, in blue shirt).
