It didn't take long for the Linn County, OR Sheriff's Office to find the Polaris Ranger it received from USSTC in July 2006 to be particularly valuable. Early that fall, the vehicle -- seen here being driven by Detective Randy Voight -- helped officers gain access to a remote site where they discovered and subsequently confiscated nearly 5,000 marijuana plants with an estimated street value of $9 million.
