Central Oregon Emergency Response Team (C.E.R.T.)
Members of all four agencies that comprise the Central Oregon Emergency Response Team turned out for the September 2006 presentation of a Polaris Ranger to the group by USSTC's Patrick Wallace, one-on-one marketing category growth supervisor (second from right) and Danielle Yeager, a field coordinator (far right). Representing the Bend, OR, Fire Department, the Crook County Sheriff's Office, and the Redmond, OR Police Department, respectively, were Medic Tom Edwards (third from left), Deputy Bill Elliott (ninth from right), and Officer Keith Knight (fourth from right). The others, all of whom were from the Bend Police Department, were (l. to r.) Officers John Beck, Phil Paschke and Jason Maniscalco, Sgt. Brian Kindle, Officer Pat Hartley, Sgt. Paul Kansky, Officer Jerry Hibbard, Detective Devin Lewis, Lt. Jim Porter, Officer Andy Homan, Lt. Cory Darling, Sgt. Kurt Koester, and Officer Tom Brown.
