DouglasCountyNV

An eight-member welcoming party from the Douglas County, NV Sheriff's Department (above) turned out to meet USSTC Sales Representative Tyler Fisher (front row, third from left) and Division Manager Osmar DeChavez (front row, second from right) when the duo presented a Polaris Ranger to the department's Search and Rescue (SAR) team in October 2006. Accepting the vehicle were SAR President Corey Permann (front row, left), Sheriff Ron Perini (front row, second from left) and Lt. Keith Logan (front row, right). They were joined by SAR members Dana Wing and Joyce Richardson (front row, fourth and third from right, respectively), along with (back row, l. to r.) Don LeGrande, Kirk Gillaspey and Karen Kerley. Later, the Ranger was put to use (below) helping department members deposit rocks into a washed out culvert in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, thereby restoring access to the area near the Heavenly Valley ski resort.
