Members of the Franklin County, AR EMS Department gathered on the banks of the Arkansas River in October 2006 to accept their Polaris Ranger, which appears temporarily hidden by the banner draped in front of it. USSTC Sales Representative Don Ingold (far right) donated the vehicle to EMS Director Lane Owen (third from right) and Fred Mullin, director of the county Office of Emergency Services (second from right). Joining them at the brief ceremony were (l. to r.) EMS Office Manager Jessica Burns and team members Randy Boren, Tim Goodman, Carolyn Bishop, Keri Jo Johnson, Susan Brickley, Misty Gresham, and Cathy Ree.
