The September 2005 presentation of a Polaris Ranger by USSTC Division Manager Bill Rhodes (top row, left) to the Portage County, WI Department of Emergency Management brought out an array of not only county officials, but also officers from the Stevens Point Police Department, who will be using the vehicle.
