Spring Township Police Department/Western Berks Ambulance
On behalf of their respective agencies that submitted a joint application, Sgt. Bill Van Etten (left) of the Spring Township, PA, Police Department and paramedic William Shuman (second from right) of the Western Berks Ambulance Association accepted the donation of a Polaris Ranger in June 2005 during a World War II re-enactment and airshow at nearby Reading Airport. Making the presentation were USSTC Division Manager Daniel Fullem (right) and Sales Representative Douglas Paine (second from left). The rescue vehicle was put to immediate use, transporting a dozen people who needed medical assistance over the course of the three-day event.
