At the formal presentation a Trail Gator to the Franklin, KY, Fire Department, Chief Sheila Butterbaugh took the wheel to demonstrate how the vehicle can be used to tow a rescue boat. Sitting beside her was USSTC Division Manager Guy Wyatt, who made the donation to the department in July 2004. Also attending the ceremony were (standing, l. to r.) Firefighter Gary Gammon, State Rep. Rob Wilkey, City Manager Tom Gordon, City Commissioner Bill Austin, Franklin Mayor Jim Brown, Assistant Chief Todd Brannon and City Commissioner Henry Stone.
